Complete newborn care such as infant feeding, soothing techniques, swaddling, diapering, and babywearing. Parents can truly rest and recover—physically, emotionally, and mentally
Infant feeding guidance (establishing and maintaining milk supply, feeding at the breast, pump fitting and flange sizing, formula feeding, and return-to-work with bottle introduction)
Customized postpartum care plan (managing sleep, postpartum recovery, attachment parenting, routines, meal planning, resources, mental & emotional health, etc.)
In-home infant massage education series can help improve baby’s sleep, circulation, and digestion. Creates a relaxing environment while strengthening muscles and promotes heart, lung, and brain development for overall well-being
Access to a collection of postpartum nutrition/recipe resources designed for recovery and convenience
Establishing safe sleep habits & age appropriate routines
Educational resources on postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant sleep patterns, and more!

Evening/Overnight Support
Flexible shift options from 4 to 7 hours (typically begins between 7:30pm - 8:30pm). Available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday

Add-on packages available for families seeking expanded postpartum services. Postpartum doula support is available up to 12 weeks postpartum. Minimum 4-week contract required. Please reach out for more details.
LACTATION CONSULTATION SERVICES
Available on Saturdays at 8:00 am, 9:30 am, 11:00 am, and 12:30 pm.

Lactation Consultation Pricing
Flat fee of $159 for a 60 minute in-home lactation support visit.
Discounted rate ($129) for established clients.
Lactation Foundations Package $239
A comprehensive support package designed to help you feel confident and prepared for your feeding journey:
Virtual Prenatal Lactation Consultation (60 minutes). Prepare for your baby’s arrival with a personalized session focused on your feeding goals, early milk supply, and postpartum planning. You’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and ready for those first few weeks at home.
Postpartum Follow-Up (60 minutes). One in-home visit within the first week after hospital discharge. This session includes observation of a feeding, hands-on lactation troubleshooting (latch, positioning, or supply concerns), and pumping and bottle guidance if needed.
Ongoing Support for 7 days. Receive continued expert lactation guidance via email or text for one week following your postpartum visit.
INFANT MASSAGE EDUCATION SERIES
Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that supports your baby’s growth and well-being while strengthening your bond together. Through soothing touch, eye contact, and loving communication, parents can help their babies experience deeper relaxation, improved sleep, and healthy development—all while enjoying meaningful one-on-one connection and playful interaction.
I teach the Infant Massage Education Series as a Certified Advanced Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT II®) professionally trained through the internationally accredited Liddle Kidz® Foundation. With a calm, supportive approach, I help parents learn safe and effective massage techniques that foster comfort, confidence, and connection in everyday care.
The Infant Massage Education Series is available for $200 and is included at no additional cost for postpartum doula clients. Please reach out to schedule your personalized session.
