WEEKEND MORNING POSTPARTUM SUPPORT SERVICES
*Note: Accepting new clients for January 2027 and beyond. Weekend morning slots are fully booked through December 2026.
Offering flexible 4–6 hour shifts between the hours of 6am–12pm.
Weekend morning postpartum support combines Doula and Certified Lactation Provider expertise and includes:
Complete newborn care so parents can rest, spend time with older children, or have a moment to themselves. Care is handled with expertise and compassion so you can relax knowing your baby is nurtured and your home feels supported
Lactation and infant feeding guidance including feeding on the breast, establishing and maintaining milk supply, pumping with flange sizing, and return-to-work with bottle introduction
Comprehensive newborn and postpartum guidance including newborn care, helping older siblings adjust to baby, managing family sleep, infant safe sleep environment, age appropriate routines, postpartum recovery, and more
In-home infant massage education series can help improve baby’s sleep, circulation, and digestion. Creates a relaxing environment while strengthening muscles and promotes heart, lung, and brain development for overall well-being
Access to a collection of postpartum nutrition/recipe resources designed for recovery and convenience
Additional resources such as partner/spouse support guide, and more
Text & email support available daily from 8am - 11pm for brief guidance.
4 hour shift - $300
5 hour shift - $375
6 hour shift - $450

LACTATION CONSULTATION SERVICES

Lactation Consultation Pricing
Flat fee of $185 for a 60 minute in-home lactation support visit.
Discounted rate ($150) for established clients. Includes 1 week of text/email lactation support after your visit.
INFANT MASSAGE EDUCATION SERIES
Infant massage is a gentle, nurturing practice that enhances your baby's sleep, circulation, and digestion while strengthening your bond. As a Certified Advanced Infant Massage Educator, I guide parents through the Infant Massage Education Series, teaching techniques that bring comfort and connection into everyday care with your little one.
The Infant Massage Education Series is available for $195 and is included at no additional cost for postpartum doula clients. Text or email me to schedule your personalized 1 hour infant massage education class. I have a few openings each week for infant massage classes through December 2026.
