Welcome! My name is Kimberly and I’m a trained postpartum doula/lactation educator with a master’s degree in Public Health and 14 years of healthcare experience. I became passionate about postpartum doula support after giving birth to my first son in May 2020 and learned how important it is to have postpartum support! I support my postpartum clients through all the joys and uncertainties of the fourth trimester. As a postpartum doula, I will provide you evidence-based information and support to help you feel confident as you navigate your postpartum journey.
