Welcome! I’m a Certified Lactation Educator (CLE) and NICU-trained Certified Postpartum Doula (PCD) with a master’s degree in public health (MPH) and over 15 years of healthcare experience. My healthcare background includes working in a primary care office, women’s health office, and hospital settings, where I provided education and support to patients. I have completed extensive education in health and lactation, including 36 college-level health science courses, more than 75+ hours of lactation education, and over 300 lactation clinical hours. Whether you plan to breastfeed, pump, or use formula, I provide comprehensive guidance tailored to your family’s goals. After becoming a mother to two wonderful children, I developed a passion for postpartum care. My own experiences taught me how vital it is to have compassionate, knowledgeable support during the fourth trimester.
